Early in January, NEDEA Uganda started building a chicken house at the grounds of the Twilight Children´s Centre. The purpose of the chicken house is threefold. First, to to provide a stable and high-quality food source for the children of the school. Secondly, to provide funds to run the school and increase the amount of supported children that the school can provide free education for. Thirdly, to provide the children with valuable knowledge on agriculture and poultry.

The first stage of the  project is to lay the foundation for the building! Many thanks to all the local volunteers helping us!
